Reporting to the Manager, as a SCOO of the EMIR Derivatives Reconciliation services, you will be responsible in managing the update of the set up on MS Access for new relationships, preparation of reconciliation report, translation Trioptima, manual matching, email queries from client and counterparty, attend call with client where required and ensure timely reporting to client on the reconciliation results. The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with OTC product. This role also requires and individual who is proactive and adds value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to details. Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control to our clients regarding OTC products.

What will you do?

 

  • Ensure quality and timeliness around generating and analyzing reconciliation report (weekly, monthly & quarterly)
  • Mailbox queries are attended timely to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate trade discrepancies to internal stakeholders (i.e., OTC trade processing, pricing) to assist in resolving mismatches between client and its counterparties
  • Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalation are sent to the Manager on timely manner
  • Signoff on daily process requirement in line with the agreed timeline
  • Implement processes for team efficiencies and participate in business improvements and fund integration projects
  • Ensure procedures are updated (in accordance with internal and client policies) and adhere to and where necessary define them
