The Corporate Premises, Procurement, and Occupational Safety & Health (CPP&OSH) function ensures seamless operational support through facilities management, procurement processes, and occupational safety & health initiatives. We are seeking a certified Safety Manager to lead and manage the company’s occupational safety and health (OSH) initiatives. This role is ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations, driving a strong safety culture, and supporting cross-functional workplace initiatives. The successful candidate must be registered with DOSH as Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator. While the primary focus will be on OSH, the role is hybrid in nature and will support broader corporate premises initiatives including renovations, office planning, and emergency response readiness. This is a high-impact role for a safety professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a hands-on approach to implementing and maintaining safety standards across a dynamic office environment.

Als Head of Procurement & Facility Management bij CACEIS combineer je verantwoordelijkheid voor het procurement- en facilitydomein met een duidelijke hands-on rol. Je stuurt het team aan, maar bent ook actief betrokken bij projecten, besluitvorming en operationele vraagstukken. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, werkt mee waar nodig en zorgt dat projecten doorlopen — van analyse en besluitvorming tot uitvoering. Je schakelt daarbij met interne stakeholders, projectmanagers binnen verschillende Crédit Agricole-labels en externe leveranciers en zorgt dat het Executive Committee (ExCo) op basis van jouw input goed onderbouwde besluiten kan nemen. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Group Head of Procurement en de Group Head Corporate Premises in Parijs, met een functionele lijn naar het Nederlandse Executive Committee-lid verantwoordelijk voor Procurement NL, en geef je leiding aan een team van in totaal circa twintig medewerkers, bestaande uit zeven interne collega’s en externe facilitaire partners. Wat ga je doen als Head of Procurement & Facility Management bij CACEIS? Leidinggeven aan het procurement- en facilityteam binnen CACEIS Nederland en zorgen voor samenhang tussen beleid, uitvoering en resultaten Coördineren van besluitvoorbereiding richting het Executive Committee door scenario’s en analyses helder inzichtelijk te maken (bijvoorbeeld bij contract- of serviceaanpassingen) Regie voeren op organisatiebrede verander- en verbeterprojecten en actief bijdragen aan trajecten zoals RFP’s, onderhandelingen en implementatie Bewaken van budgetten, contractafspraken, servicelevels en compliance, en zorgen voor effectieve samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders Procurement Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het inkoopbeleid in lijn met wet- en regelgeving, groepsrichtlijnen en duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen Leiden van RFP’s, contractonderhandelingen en leveranciersselecties (bijvoorbeeld voor facilitaire dienstverlening of gebouwbeheer). Onderhouden en versterken van strategische leveranciersrelaties en samenwerken met andere Crédit Agricole-labels om waar mogelijk te harmoniseren Optimaliseren van processen, systemen en werkwijzen binnen procurement Creëren van een professionele omgeving waarin kennis wordt gedeeld en het team verder kan groeien Facility Management Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en goed functionerende werkomgeving in lijn met wet- en regelgeving en interne standaarden Aansturen van facilitaire diensten zoals receptie, beveiliging, schoonmaak, catering en het keukenbeheer en werkplekvoorzieningen, inclusief contract- en prestatiebewaking Realiseren van projecten binnen facilitaire dienstverlening of huisvesting (bijvoorbeeld optimalisatie van keuken- of cateringoplossingen) inclusief vastgoedgerelateerde taken Opzetten, onderhouden en beheren van het Business Continuity Plan, audits en opvolging Verantwoordelijk voor BHV/EHBO inclusief beleid, middelen en periodieke actualisatie
