Sous la responsabilité du Clients Agreements - Manager, le Legal Advisor aura pour mission d’assurer, pour un portefeuille de clients institutionnels, la préparation et la négociation des contrats avec CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Branch, le support à l’équipe commerciale et aux départements opérationnels dans le suivi de ces clients.


 Il sera principalement en charge de :

Participer aux processus de négociation, validation et signature des contrats de prestation de service entre CACEIS et ses clients ;
Assurer la mise à jour et la gestion administrative des outils de suivi de l’activité de l’équipe et des bases de données de la documentation contractuelle;
Mettre en place des procédures visant à couvrir les risques juridiques de CACEIS ;
Assister le Clients Agreements - Manager.

The team and missions: 
Part of the Commercial Department, the Relationship Management / Client Coverage Team has the central responsibility to all existing client relationships.

The client types are investment companies/KVGs, investors such as insurances, pension funds and foundations, and asset managers. In our team we manage and improve the service quality through an active quality management (e.g. service review meetings, customer satisfaction surveys). When it comes to client complaints and escalations we are the ones to interact with the clients and to coordinate with internal departments. We are also responsible for an up-to-date client documentation incl. KYC &amp; due diligences. Together with our colleagues from Business Development Management we support the strategic development of the client relationship and develop incremental business (cross-selling, up-selling) with our clients.

In this context, your main missions will be:
Co-operation and support and internal coordination with the various departments e.g. in the preparation of contractual agreements with customers, preparation of service reviews;
Support and co-working with the client service team in the day to day business;
Prepare client mailings and client presentation;
Provide support in the creation of a knowledge database;
Prepare client and market participant analysis;
Work together with marketing on new marketing client engagement activities;
Preparing and following up on customer visits, presentations and team reporting’s incl. Management KPIs;
Contribute in client projects with a regulatory background (e.g. KYC, CRS, MiFID II).

Au sein du département Secrétariat Général, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Measures, Indicators and Transformation.
En tant que Data Analyst Officer, vous serez garant de la fiabilité de la donnée produite dans les reports et du contrôle avec les référents des équipes opérationnelles.

 A ce titre, votre rôle sera de :
Mettre en place les nouveaux rapports demandés par nos clients.
Vérifier que les rapports KPI ont bien été envoyés et en assurer le suivi auprès de nos clients.
Accompagner nos clients sur le Data Analytics (cad mise en place de leurs accès, présentations du Data Analytics ainsi que support sur toutes les demandes/interrogations de nos clients).
Vous serez également amener à travailler sur des demandes de créations de dashboards internes sur Power BI permettant d’accompagner le processus de transformation et de suivi des équipes opérationnelles et de CACEIS.

 Vous intégrerez une équipe en pleine évolution repartie entre Luxembourg, Paris, Dublin et Kuala Lumpur qui est le point de contact unique pour le Data Analytics, que ce soit pour nos clients ou pour les équipes commerciales / opérationnelles en interne. Vous serez donc amené à intervenir sur la gestion et la qualité de la donnée dans le Datalake pour divers besoins en interne et en externe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Au sein du département Fund Administration, vous intégrerez le service Investment Restrictions en charge du contrôle des restrictions d'investissement, en fonction du contexte réglementaire et contractuel applicable à l'OPC.

En tant qu'Investment Restrictions Analyst, vous aurez pour missions principales :
- L'analyse des prospectus des fonds et le paramétrage des limites d'investissement;
 - Le contrôle des restrictions d'investissement qui sont paramétrées dans l'outil de contrôle des limites d'investissement en fonction du contexte réglementaire applicable à l'OPC (Organisme de Placement Collectif) et de ses documents constitutifs (prospectus, investment guidelines);
- La notification aux gérants/risk manager selon la procédure définie avec la société de gestion/les dirigeants si le dépassement est avéré ;
- La réponse aux interrogations des sociétés de gestion ou des gestionnaires découlant des audits, ou des dépassements
- Le calcul de l'impact financier et le suivi des notifications des dépassements actifs des limites d'investissement ou d'un investissement non autorisé, à l'attention de la Commission de surveillance du secteur financier (Circulaire CSSF 02/77)
- Le suivi des évènements liés à l'activité des fonds (lancement, liquidation, fusion...).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Amélioration des Dashboards.

Contribution aux initiatives du périmètre Business Development :
Contribution sur d’autres aspects du Business Development en fonction des besoins et l’actualité commerciale ;
Onboarding des new joiners ;
Gestion des accès.

We support investment companies, asset managers, and institutional investors by ensuring timely and accurate settlement processing. Our team manages the complexities of settlement cycles, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance, maintaining service quality through proactive monitoring and issue resolution. We serve as the primary contact for settlement-related queries and escalations, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction flows. We are also responsible for maintaining comprehensive settlement records and contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our services, thereby supporting the strategic growth of client relationships.

In this context, your main missions will be:

1. Daily Business Tasks:
Securities Settlement: Verifying the content of settlement instructions, facilitating the accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions across domestic and international markets, investigation and clarifying of settlement discrepancies, status controls and processing of settlement confirmations.
