Le Client Invoicing Officer est responsable d’établir la facturation client, conformément à la grille tarifaire signée entre CACEIS et le client. En fonction de son périmètre d’activité, il peut également assurer le suivi du règlement des factures et les relances des impayés le cas échéant. Le Client Invoicing Officer peut être amené à assurer le rôle d’agent administratif. Dans ce cas, il est également en charge du traitement des factures et commissions dues par le client à ses différents fournisseurs, il en assurera le règlement et son suivi ainsi que les relances le cas échéant.
Activités principales :
Gestion des factures clients
Collecte et étudie, avec le Business Development , les grilles tarifaires et les contrats commerciaux
Paramètre les données de facturation dans le système d’information dédié
Collecte les données nécessaires à l’établissement des assiettes de facturation
Procède à des contrôles de premier et deuxième niveau avant établissement de la facture
Etablit la facture et ses annexes
Traite, avec le Business Development, les éventuelles réclamations clients et répond à leurs demandes d’information sur les éléments constitutifs de la facture
Alerte le Business Developement BDM en cas de problème client
Est force de proposition pour d’éventuelles optimisations concernant les modalités de facturation, en prenant en compte les contraintes des outils et du cycle de production des factures
Reporting
Réalise des analyses ponctuelles, en liaison avec le contrôle de gestion ou le business development : analyse du chiffre d’affaires par clients, simulations, etc.
Met en place des tableaux de suivi d’activité
Gestion du recouvrement
Suit le règlement de la facture et relance, au premier niveau, les clients le cas échéant
Assure le traitement des réclamations clients sur les relances
Met en place la procédure de recouvrement&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This role will oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll processes. Taking lead in payroll execution, drive process improvements, and act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What will you do?
1.    Payroll Management (Core Ownership)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly, off-cycle, bonuses, claims).
Ensure accurate and timely salary payments across all employee groups.
Oversee payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, increments, and variable pay.
Validate payroll reports and perform reconciliation before final submission.

2.    Compliance &amp; Statutory
Ensure compliance with Malaysia statutory requirements.
Handle statutory submissions, reporting, and audits.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and tax regulations.

3.    Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for payroll vendors and system providers.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalations effectively .

4.    Process Improvement &amp; Systems
Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
Ensure payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local systems) are optimized.
Lead payroll-related projects (system migration, regional consolidation, etc.)

The Client Operations Officer supports the daily execution of middle office and position keeping activities, ensuring the accurate capture, validation, and reconciliation of trades, positions, cash, and valuation data across systems. The Senior Client Operations Officer, Fund Distribution is responsible to prepare and process Transfer Agency transactions as per defined procedures, whilst meeting Client service level agreements &amp; team KPI’s /KQI’s, being responsible for accuracy and punctuality of data sent to Fund Managers, work in collaboration/interact with other teams within the Fund Distribution department and other teams within the company and responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager to lead the team and being the point of contact in the absence of the Assistant Manager to ensure complete shift coverage.

What will you do?
Processing Transaction
Input, validate and correct all types of transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
Report transaction order and entry issues to the relevant parties where necessary
Ensure all trades received prior to cutoff processed accurately prior to deadlines.
Review and monitor the client queue to ensure a high level of service.
Check signatures against appropriate documents, working in collaboration with Compliance and Register Management.
Adhere to the NIGO process during dispatching.

Generic Processes
Generate distributions, process payment and ensure timely reporting to client.
Processing and checking of function dependent on file uploads and extracts to ensure that all deadlines are met. This may include the daily upload of price files, SWIFT transaction files etc.. Dealing with any errors and exceptions of dependent file uploads and extracts.
Providing clear and concise internal communication where necessary. This may include confirmation of uploads or transfers and notification of delays to the relevant teams.
Assist the Supervisor to create or update any Risk document.
Ensure to complete any task or project assign to them in a timely manner.

What is the opportunity?

The Business Coordinator (BC) may assist and support production and users, in particular by harnessing his/her expertise and by providing training. He/she is responsible for the continuous improvement of business processes and their quality reporting. Finally, he/she takes charge of or oversees technical-functional topics in relation to his/her business line and as assigned by his/her manager.

What will you do?

Quality &amp; management of business processes
Administer and support all types of knowledge bases and all documentation for the business-line (procedures, operating methods, processes, operational descriptions, etc.), in particular by monitoring his/her activity
Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and their related procedures, by leveraging his/her knowledge of them and overseeing the necessary actions, which may or may not be cross-functional
Monitor and enrich dashboards, quality indicators and reports for his/her
Be aware of the procedures applicable to the activity carried out, be vigilant in the performance of your duties and anticipate the consequences of your actions, particularly on other CACEIS businesses and on the client
Production Tracking
Depending on the unit's position: May monitor the proper integration of flows or production activities through appropriate applications and handle corrective actions and alerts if there are malfunctions
In some cases, may also perform production activities


Project Management
Write and/or assist with writing all types of deliverables, as a project manager or contributor, linked to project management, change management or trainings
User Assistance and Support
Perform functional administration for a data repository or applications in compliance with the defined strategy 
Manage client requests  (internal and/or external) to provide the functional response meeting the quality requirements as soon as possible.
Provide assistance and support to his/her team and to any other CACEIS unit in the framework of one-off or recurring events 
Within his/her area of expertise, participate in the ongoing training of employees to advance learning about production tools and business line technicalities or enhance the business line knowledge of teams 
Consolidate and analyse complex requests, then respond to them within his/her scope or direct them to the appropriate teams
Activities which may require advanced expertise
Evolution of impact:
-       Evaluates the technical impact of regulatory changes on its business.
-       Acquire knowledge of the regulatory framework and internal directives through training and promote and systematically implement the standard procedures for verifying compliance in order to detect malfunctions and inform the identified contacts

What is the opportunity?
As a Manager, Fund Accounting, you will manage a Fund Accounting team that is accountable for all controls and processes are followed in order to maintain accurate records for each fund and all exceptions and controls breaches are escalated immediately and resolved timely, ensure all audit and regulatory requirements are satisfied and key service level agreements met. Also, responsible for the daily management of the operational team ensuring accurate and timely processing, reconciliation and valuation of inputs.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the team efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness, and to reduce operational risk.

What will you do?
Team management of daily operation:
Planning and Delegating Tasks eg organize the team’s daily workload based on priorities, deadlines and available resources; Assign tasks to the right people according to skills and capacity.
Monitoring team performance eg. Track performance metrics such as productivity, quality and adherence to deadlines. Provide feedback and adjust strategies to maintain performance standards.
Problem-solving and Decision making eg. Handle operational roadblocks quickly to avoid disruptions.

What will you do?
Corporate accounting
Participate in GL account keeping
Receive, record and pay supplier invoices, expense reports
Prepare intra-Group invoices
Prepares &amp; monitor Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Perform monthly GL account keeping actions relating to all the Balance Sheet &amp; Profit &amp; Loss
Handle the accounting treatment of payroll expenses
Handle the accounting treatment and monitoring of fixed assets
Produce monthly financial statements under local and IFRS standards: timeline, closing entries, analyses of financial statements, etc.
Produce the annual financial statements and append them to the related accounts
Contribute to the production of the management report
Tax treatments
Prepare annual tax returns
Produce tax filings such as: corporation tax, e-invoicing, Stamp Duty and other tax related filings.
Ensure coherence between the various accounting and tax outputs
Group
Prepares and submit monthly inter-group reconciliations
Prepares and submit monthly reporting to Group Finance Consolidation

You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via Accurate (NXG) and SARA to ensure the positions between the ledger and the relevant custodians agree. As a control function, the breaks on the reconciliation need to be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is being maintained. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client first mind-set.
Your working hours would be between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Malaysia time. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

What will you do?
Produce and maintain required periodic breaks reporting as required to support the business needs, circulated to internal senior management.
Produce and maintain statistical information for internal distribution, on an ad-hoc basis when required by department management.
Perform checks on controls within the department, to ensure adherence to standard policy.
Extract and produce reports which support the KPI, FTE and competency calculations for the department.
Track and review the monthly errors in the Reconciliations department by generating a monthly error presentation.
Perform account completeness checks between internal systems to ensure all required reconciliations are being performed.
Provide SME assistance to team members.
Supervise the governance of end user developed applications (EUDAs), by ensuring adherence to the change control framework for new, modified or retired applications.
Create user guides and functional specifications for the EUDAs in use and maintain the EUDA inventory for the department.

Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe. These services include Custody &amp; Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, Fund Distribution, Master Data Services, Market Solutions, Group Invoicing, Reconciliations and Private Equity &amp; Real Estate Solutions. As a centre of excellence, CACEIS Malaysia plays a pivotal role in driving the scalability of global operations, enhancing service quality, and implementing standardized processes to meet the diverse needs of its clients. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via NXG to ensure the positions between the ledger and the relevant custodians agree. As a control function , the breaks on the reconciliation need to be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is being maintained. The role also requires adequate investigations of breaks and also look at root cause analysis to drive the reduction of breaks. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client first mindset.
The team is supporting Europe region with shift hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

What will you do?
Review and clearance of daily or monthly cash and asset reconciliations via Reconciliations Platform.
Maintain, monitor and resolve any query items in respect of issues pertinent to Global Reconciliations.
First Level Investigation of all cash and asset breaks and ensure they are assigned to the right departments.
Collate and maintain required periodic reporting as required to support the client and/or business needs.
Collate and maintain statistical information for internal and client distribution.

What will you do?
Fee Schedule/ fee agreement interpretation &amp; setup of fee rate into system/excel invoice template
Retrieve and upload manual data collection for month end controls
Generate/ record invoice, perform control and provide justification on trend analysis
Validate invoice and send to AP for processing
Follow up on aged payables (unpaid outstanding invoices)
Verify Sub Custodian’s invoice by entity with correct payment method
Justify break items on invoice payment mismatch against invoice amount
Validation on high-risk processes
Allocate and monitor tasks (e.g. supplier allocations) to team members
Investigate and provide response to Network Management within KPI’s timeline
Coordinate with all related stakeholders to provide a consolidated response to supplier’s query
Perform impact calculation on potential invoice undercharge/overcharge queries
Provide support on departmental or enterprise-wide initiative/projects
