Le Client Invoicing Officer est responsable d’établir la facturation client, conformément à la grille tarifaire signée entre CACEIS et le client. En fonction de son périmètre d’activité, il peut également assurer le suivi du règlement des factures et les relances des impayés le cas échéant. Le Client Invoicing Officer peut être amené à assurer le rôle d’agent administratif. Dans ce cas, il est également en charge du traitement des factures et commissions dues par le client à ses différents fournisseurs, il en assurera le règlement et son suivi ainsi que les relances le cas échéant.
Activités principales :
Gestion des factures clients
Collecte et étudie, avec le Business Development , les grilles tarifaires et les contrats commerciaux
Paramètre les données de facturation dans le système d’information dédié
Collecte les données nécessaires à l’établissement des assiettes de facturation
Procède à des contrôles de premier et deuxième niveau avant établissement de la facture
Etablit la facture et ses annexes
Traite, avec le Business Development, les éventuelles réclamations clients et répond à leurs demandes d’information sur les éléments constitutifs de la facture
Alerte le Business Developement BDM en cas de problème client
Est force de proposition pour d’éventuelles optimisations concernant les modalités de facturation, en prenant en compte les contraintes des outils et du cycle de production des factures
Reporting
Réalise des analyses ponctuelles, en liaison avec le contrôle de gestion ou le business development : analyse du chiffre d’affaires par clients, simulations, etc.
Met en place des tableaux de suivi d’activité
Gestion du recouvrement
Suit le règlement de la facture et relance, au premier niveau, les clients le cas échéant
Assure le traitement des réclamations clients sur les relances
Met en place la procédure de recouvrement&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This role will oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll processes. Taking lead in payroll execution, drive process improvements, and act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

What will you do?
1.    Payroll Management (Core Ownership)
Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly, off-cycle, bonuses, claims).
Ensure accurate and timely salary payments across all employee groups.
Oversee payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, increments, and variable pay.
Validate payroll reports and perform reconciliation before final submission.

2.    Compliance &amp; Statutory
Ensure compliance with Malaysia statutory requirements.
Handle statutory submissions, reporting, and audits.
Stay updated with changes in labour laws and tax regulations.

3.    Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for payroll vendors and system providers.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalations effectively .

4.    Process Improvement &amp; Systems
Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
Ensure payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local systems) are optimized.
Lead payroll-related projects (system migration, regional consolidation, etc.)

The Senior Client Operations Officer of Settlements Control team in the Custody is responsible for accurate and timely investigation and resolution of settlement breaks. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Client Operations Officer will execute complex daily operations, address operational issues with utmost urgency, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to clients.

What will you do?
Ensure accurate and timely investigation of assigned breaks in accordance to operating procedure of the team
Perform checks and controls to ensure all issues are highlighted in reports, and escalated to manager where applicable.
Take charge to solve complex issues guided by procedure and guidance from more senior team members
Complete all reporting tasks and handle all queries  in a timely manner.
Diligent follow up on all open issues until complete resolution
Escalate operational issues or any abnormality in according to local escalation protocol
Guide junior team members in improving their technical competency
Support the team manager in any ad hoc requests in relation to the team’s core business or departmental activities

 The Middle Office team at CACEIS Malaysia provides critical middle office support to asset managers and institutional clients, ensuring accurate trade processing, position keeping, cash management, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting across multiple asset classes. The team operates within a strong control environment, delivering timely and compliant services that underpin client investment objectives.

The Client Operations Officer supports the daily execution of middle office and position keeping activities, ensuring the accurate capture, validation, and reconciliation of trades, positions, cash, and valuation data across systems. The role performs routine operational tasks, investigates and resolves data discrepancies, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain operational stability, data integrity, and timely delivery of downstream reporting and client outputs.
The Middle Office (MO) team is responsible for validating, reconciling, and maintaining the integrity of trades, positions, cash balances, and valuation data across systems.
The MO team acts as a key control function to ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and timely for downstream reporting, client servicing, and regulatory purposes.
Operating in a controlled, high-volume environment, the MO team provides detection and resolution of breaks or inconsistencies arising from trading activity or system processing.
The team collaborates closely with front office, upstream data providers, accounting, IT, and support functions to ensure data consistency and mitigate operational risk.
As part of the broader investment operations ecosystem, the MO team supports strategic and regulatory initiatives by ensuring reliable operational data that underpins reporting, risk management, and decision-making.

You will be responsible in processing the day-to-day Over The Counter (OTC)  Derivative activites under Market Solutions. The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with OTC products. Perform broker/client statement collection, external trade integration, price extract from external source and verification, trade matching, valuation, reconciliation, settlement, investigation and resolution on exceptions
Signoff on daily process requirements in line with the agreed timeline, ensuring quality and accuracy at all times
Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalation are raised to the Manager on timely manner
Liaise with external or internal stakeholders to expedite and assist in resolution of issue identified that impacts deliverable
Contribute to processes efficiencies and business improvements projects where required

The Senior Client Operations Officer, Fund Distribution is responsible to prepare and process Transfer Agency transactions as per defined procedures, whilst meeting Client service level agreements &amp; team KPI’s /KQI’s, being responsible for accuracy and punctuality of data sent to Fund Managers, work in collaboration/interact with other teams within the Fund Distribution department and other teams within the company and responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager to lead the team and being the point of contact in the absence of the Assistant Manager to ensure complete shift coverage.

What will you do?
Processing Transaction
Input, validate and correct all types of transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
Report transaction order and entry issues to the relevant parties where necessary
Ensure all trades received prior to cutoff processed accurately prior to deadlines.
Review and monitor the client queue to ensure a high level of service.
Check signatures against appropriate documents, working in collaboration with Compliance and Register Management.
Adhere to the NIGO process during dispatching.

Generic Processes
Generate distributions, process payment and ensure timely reporting to client.
Processing and checking of function dependent on file uploads and extracts to ensure that all deadlines are met. This may include the daily upload of price files, SWIFT transaction files etc.. Dealing with any errors and exceptions of dependent file uploads and extracts.
Providing clear and concise internal communication where necessary. This may include confirmation of uploads or transfers and notification of delays to the relevant teams.
Assist the Supervisor to create or update any Risk document.
Ensure to complete any task or project assign to them in a timely manner.

What will you do?
