Within the Fund Distribution Services department, as a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) you will be responsible for processing investor orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers or conversions) within the defined deadlines and for pre-advising the fund managers. You will be the main point of contact for clients and investors, handling their requests and ensuring high-quality service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Checking and processing orders on fund units
Capturing orders received by fax
Performing first-level operational controls
Ensuring NAVs are received and orders are correctly executed
Responding to investor queries and managing KYC-related matters in coordination with the investor KYC teams in Luxembourg
Processing and monitoring outstanding items on securities and cash
Responding to management company requests

Reporting to the Manager, Static Data team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate update and maintenance of all static data in MDC and GP. Setups would include creation and/or amendment of static data in all the processing systems.

You will be supporting Global business with 8 working hours a day.
Shift hours would be between 8:00am-5:00pm

What will you do?
Control and validate market data coming from data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
Analyze and execute the corporate action event (dividend, spin off, shares split, etc.)
Ensure internal and external enquiries are managed on time and with high quality standard
Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required)
Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members
Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occurs on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance

The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via NXG to ensure the positions between the ledger and the relevant custodians agree. As a control function , the breaks on the reconciliation need to be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is being maintained. The role also requires adequate investigations of breaks and also look at root cause analysis to drive the reduction of breaks. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client first mindset.
The team is supporting Europe region with shift hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

What will you do?
Review and clearance of daily or monthly cash and asset reconciliations via Reconciliations Platform.
Maintain, monitor and resolve any query items in respect of issues pertinent to Global Reconciliations.
First Level Investigation of all cash and asset breaks and ensure they are assigned to the right departments.
Collate and maintain required periodic reporting as required to support the client and/or business needs.
Collate and maintain statistical information for internal and client distribution.

Risks &amp; Controls team works across 1LoD business units, technology and support functions in providing management with an informed opinion on the effectiveness of controls they operate to mitigate material risks. Risks and Controls team is responsible for strengthening the 1st line of defense by ensuring permanent controls dedicated to the operational and IT teams, which include the monitoring of execution incidents, the review of the business risk mapping and the 2nd level controls.

1LOD Risk Initiatives Roadmap/Program Pipeline manager and delivery of agreed Risk Initiative objectives, including preparation of business case, analysis and reporting.
Driving efficiency and enhancement of Risk and Controls practices and reporting via consultation with the team, identification and assessment of options and actions for delivery.
Providing change management support for design/enhancement to address risk issues and identification of best fit model.
Oversight of Operational Risk advisory on transformational change programs and driving Operational Readiness.
Interaction with Senior Management on delivery of Risk Initiatives
Ensure risk and resilience actions are managed effectively, issues and delays are communicated promptly and appropriately

What is the opportunity?
As a Manager, Fund Accounting, you will manage a Fund Accounting team that is accountable for all controls and processes are followed in order to maintain accurate records for each fund and all exceptions and controls breaches are escalated immediately and resolved timely, ensure all audit and regulatory requirements are satisfied and key service level agreements met. Also, responsible for the daily management of the operational team ensuring accurate and timely processing, reconciliation and valuation of inputs.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the team efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness, and to reduce operational risk.

What will you do?
• Be accountable for ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring their needs and expectations are met through service excellence; act as the point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure they are resolved; participate in weekly/monthly oversight calls.

You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day processing of reconciliations including Asset and Cash accounts on a daily basis via Reconciliation tools and manual platforms to ensure all risks are being accounted for and highlighted. As a control function, the breaks on the reconciliation need to be kept to a minimum level to ensure accurate data is being maintained. The role is to deliver specific services to external and internal clients with high level of quality, efficiency and fostering a client first mindset. In addition, you will also be responsible in driving the team to ensure that Reconciliations are maintained at the highest standards, managing stakeholder engagements, and driving the change/people agenda. You will be performing analysis on breaks root cause, to drive the reduction in outstanding items &amp; providing excellent breaks management.

You will be supporting Europe region with working hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm, Malaysia time. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

What will you do?
Lead employees using performance management, manage capacity planning, new staff onboarding and provide oversight and direction to the employees in the department in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Liaise with Risk &amp; Compliance Department to ensure policies and procedures pertaining to Operations controls are appropriately implemented.

The Director - Risks &amp; Permanent Controls in Malaysia is accountable for providing independent and objective oversight of Operational Risks from the businesses in Malaysia. CACEIS Malaysia is building a predictive analytics capability to proactively manage operational errors across its asset servicing activities. This role is the cornerstone of that initiative — a hybrid data professional who will consolidate fragmented, non-standardised operational data, design and maintain structured data pipelines, and develop predictive models that link error patterns to key operational drivers such as team capacity and competency, processing volumes, and platform performance. The successful candidate will transform raw operational data into actionable, forward-looking insights that reduce errors and strengthen operational resilience.

What will you do?
Data Preparation &amp; Management
Collect, consolidate and prepare operational data from multiple sources.
Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data quality and consistency.
Support the maintenance of structured datasets for reporting and analytics.
Maintain documentation of data sources and data definitions
Analytics and Predictive Model Support
Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and patterns.
Support the preparation of datasets for predictive modelling activities.
Assist in testing, validating and documenting predictive model outputs.

Reporting to the Manager, Static Data team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate update and maintenance of all static data in MDC and GP. Setups would include creation and/or amendment of static data in all the processing systems.

What is the opportunity?
The Investment Management Services team at CACEIS Malaysia provides critical middle and back-office support to asset managers and institutional clients, ensuring accurate trade processing, position keeping, cash management, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting across multiple asset classes. The team operates within a strong control environment, delivering timely and compliant services that underpin client investment objectives.

The Client Operations Officer is responsible for supporting the daily processing of transactional data flows within the FAM team. This role manages routine operational tasks, addresses data discrepancies, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure trade accuracy and operational efficiency. It plays a key role in maintaining seamless team operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The Flow Acquisition Monitoring (FAM) team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and accurate flow of transactional data across systems and business lines.
FAM is responsible for monitoring, validating, and maintaining the integrity of incoming instruction feeds from various upstream sources.
The team acts as a gatekeeper to ensure that operational data is complete, timely, and accurate for downstream reporting, analytics, and regulatory use.
Operating in a high-volume, high-availability environment, FAM provides early detection and resolution of trade anomalies or interruptions.
The team collaborates with business units, IT, data engineering, and support functions to ensure data quality and mitigate operational risk.
As part of a broader data governance and operations ecosystem, FAM supports strategic initiatives by ensuring reliable data pipelines that underpin critical decision-making and compliance activities.
FAM is instrumental in enhancing operational resilience through the implementation of automated monitoring tools, exception handling workflows, and continuous improvement practices.

What will you do?
Perform operational processing activities within assigned queues to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of transactional and operational data.

Working Hours: 6AM – 2AM (3 Shift : 6AM – 3PM / 9AM – 6PM / 5PM – 2PM)

What will you do?
Solving application incidents.
Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
Solving Batch job incidents.
Provide end user support.
Authorization management.
Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues.
System monitoring.
Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.
